Sofitel Marrakech Palais Imperial & Spa Hotel Marrakesh, Marrakesh

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The breakfast was a highlight with a great variety of dishes, including delectable Moroccan options. However, the service was inconsistent, and we faced issues with the room amenities, which detracted from our stay. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel, but the problems we encountered made it less enjoyable.

I stayed at the Sofitel with my family and it was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. The hotel is nicely situated near restaurants and within walking distance to Mernera Mall. However, I found the prices for drinks on site to be excessive, and I had an unexpected charge on my bill that left a sour note. It’s unfortunate because the hotel’s ambiance is enjoyable, especially the lounge.
